Participation Participation is only allowed for persons which are members of a club of the organizing regional association. Only athletes with the same nationality as the organizing country are allowed to participate. Only athletes who are a member of a club of the organizing country are allowed to participate.
The number of participants is unlimited.

Wheelchair fencers welcome

For each individual event:
The minimum of six fencers from four World Abilitysport countries for Zonal competitions Europe.
The minimum of four fencers from three World Abilitysport countries for Zonal competitions outside of Europe.
A fencer without an official international classification is not allowed to participate in an WF competition.
The placing of competitors within each category is strictly according to the decision of the official classifiers authorities who have examined and classified each competitor before the competition.

Referees must be provided based on the total entries per day.

The required number of qualified referees must be entered into the inscription system before athletes can be added to the competition.

The referees activity is paid by the organizer.

The referees of the delegations must always attend the Competitions, Tournaments or Championships from the beginning until the end. A penalty fee will be applied if they arrive too late or leave too early.

Remarks

All athletes, coaches and team staff members are invited to a wine & cheese night on September 13th. This wine & cheese night will take place at the Travelodge (host hotel) between the hours of 6-8pm in the dinning room at the competition site. There will be a few speeches from our host organization and local government officials.

The Technical meeting will be help in the same room starting at 8pm.

Meals, hotel and transit provided in entry fee.

The World Abilitysport Registration Fee (50 GBP per person), a possible Late Entry Surcharge (150 GBP per person after the entry deadline and until 3 days before the competition, 250 GBP until the head of delegation meeting), the fine for missing referees (1.500 GBP per missing referee before and 2.000 GBP after the entry deadline) and possible other fines must be paid directly to World Abilitysport WF.

Please note that all fees and penalties payable to WF will be invoiced AFTER THE COMPETITION.
