The number of participants is unlimited.

At the U17 and U23 World Championships, entry is unlimited.
For each individual event: The minimum of four fencers from three World Abilitysport countries is needed to be an official World Championship event.
A fencer without an official international classification is not allowed to participate in an World Para Fencing competition.
The placing of competitors within each category is strictly according to the decision of the official classifiers authorities who have examined and classified each competitor before the competition.

Anti Doping

World Abilitysport retains the right to conduct random Anti-Doping testing at any World Para Fencing competition.

Equipment

According to World Para Fencing rules.

Latest submission of equipment to equipment control latest 30min before the closing time.

Accomodation Option A: 3 nights (in double room / in single room)
Option B: 4 nights (in double room / in single room)
Option C: 5 nights (in double room / in single room)

All packages include meals from dinner on the day of
arrival until the breakfast on the day of departure and
accommodation in double rooms (on a special
request it is possible to be accommodated in the
single room).

Remarks

The World Abilitysport Registration Fee (50 GBP per person), a possible Late Entry Surcharge (150 GBP per person after the entry deadline and until 3 days before the competition, 250 GBP until the head of delegation meeting), the fine for missing referees (1.500 GBP per missing referee before and 2.000 GBP after the entry deadline) and possible other fines must be paid directly to World Para Fencing.

Please note that all fees and penalties payable to World Para Fencing will be invoiced AFTER THE COMPETITION.


START TIMES

The start times of individual and team events may be subject to change to another time on the same day after the final entry deadline, when the entry numbers of athletes and teams are known.
