2022 World Cup "Szabla Kilinskiego"

For each individual event:
Minimum six fencers from four World Abilitysport countries are needed to be an official event.
A fencer without an official international classification is not allowed to participate in an World Para Fencing competition.
The placing of competitors within each category is strictly according to the decision of the official classifiers authorities who have examined and classified each competitor before the competition.

Referee qualification:

International referee license is required

IWAS A/B

Referees must be provided based on the total entries per day.

The required number of qualified referees must be entered into the inscription system before athletes can be added to the competition.

The referees activity is not paid by the organizer.

The referees of the delegations must always attend the Competitions, Tournaments or Championships from the beginning until the end of the last bout/match of the competiton. A penalty fee will be applied if they arrive too late or leave too early.

Only accredited staff can enter the competitions. Restrictions related to the current pandemic situation in the world may be applied (obligatory PCR testing, measuring temperature, etc.).

If any teams need to apply for visa, let the LOC know and they will send you a VISA invitation letter


ENTRIES & REGISTRATION

All entries for athletes, referees, coaches and staff has to be done via the Ophardt system:

DEADLINE: 17 JUNE 2022

Registration of the whole team (accreditations, accommodation packages, all travel details etc.) has to be done also by mail to office@szablakilinskiego.pl by sending the official entry form (please download organizer's Excel file from https://wheelchairfencing.iwasf.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/WARSAW-2022-Entry-form-v2.xls ).
DEADLINE: 10 JUNE 2022

The data from the entry form and Ophardt system must be consistent and current. It is responsibility of national federations to inform LOC about any changes and keep all data up-to-date.

In exceptional situations:
- the registration of accommodation packages with the organizers after 10th June 2022
- the registration of athletes and officials in Ophardt system after 17th June 2022
may be considered by LOC or IWAS and may be accepted, but 20% penalty fee will be added to the regular fee for each.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation of ordered accommodation packages after 10th of June but before 17th of June will result in applying the cancellation fee:
50% of packages that have been ordered and cancelled.

Any cancellation of ordered accommodation packages after 17th of June but before 24th of June will result in applying the cancellation fee:
75% of package that have been ordered and cancelled.

Any cancellation of ordered accommodation packages after 24th of June will result in applying the cancellation fee:
100% of package that have been ordered and cancelled.


PAYMENTS FOR ACCREDITATION AND ROOM RATES

Accreditation Rate and Room Rates must be paid directly to the local organizers.

The accreditation rate will allow competition accreditation only.
Airport transfers, travel to venue, accommodation and food is NOT included.

The room rates will include accommodation and food in the official Hotels, airport transfers to the hotels and between the hotels and the venue. Day rates start from the dinner on the day of arrival and continues until breakfast on the day of departure.
At the nation's request, the invoice may be issued in EUR based on the exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on the date of issue of the invoice.


INSURANCE

All members of attending delegations should insure themselves in case of accidents, injuries or illness. The organizer will not accept any responsibility or financial loss or any other responsibility incurred by any of the participants whatsoever.


IMPORTANT NOTE

The World Abilitysport Registration Fee (50 GBP per person), a possible Late Entry Surcharge (150 GBP per person after the entry deadline and until 3 days before the competition, 250 GBP until the head of delegation meeting), the fine for missing referees (1.500 GBP per missing referee before and 2.000 GBP after the entry deadline) and possible other fines must be paid directly to World Para Fencing.

Please note that all fees and penalties payable to World Para Fencing will be invoiced AFTER THE COMPETITION.

The start times of individual and team events may be subject to change to another time on the same day after the final entry deadline, when the entry numbers of athletes and teams are known.
