Participation	INTERNATIONAL OPEN The number of participants is unlimited. At the U17 and U23 World Championships, entry is unlimited. For each individual event: The minimum of four fencers from three World Abilitysport countries is needed to be an official World Championship event. A fencer without an official international classification is not allowed to participate in an WF competition. The placing of competitors within each category is strictly according to the decision of the official classifiers authorities who have examined and classified each competitor before the competition.

ENTRIES & REGISTRATION

All entries for athletes, referees, coaches and staff has to be done via the Ophardt system: https://iwas.ophardt.online/

DEADLINE: 11 MARCH 2024

The data from the entry form and Ophardt system must be consistent and current. It is responsibility of national federations to inform IWAS and LOC about any changes and keep all data up-to-date.

In exceptional situations:
- the registration of accommodation packages with the organizers after 11 MARCH 2024
- the registration of athletes and officials in Ophardt system after 1 APRIL 2024
may be considered by LOC or World Abilitysport and may be accepted, but a 20% penalty fee will be added to the regular accommodation fee by LOC, and a late entry surcharge will be charged by World Abilitysport.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation of ordered accommodation packages after 11 MARCH 2024 but before 25 MARCH 2024 will result in applying the cancellation fee:
50% of packages that have been ordered and cancelled.

Any cancellation of ordered accommodation packages after 25 MARCH 2024 but before 1 APRIL 2024 will result in applying the cancellation fee:
75% of package that have been ordered and cancelled.

Any cancellation of ordered accommodation packages after 1 APRIL 2024 will result in applying the cancellation fee:
100% of package that have been ordered and cancelled.

PAYMENTS FOR ACCREDITATION AND ROOM RATES

Accreditation Rate and Room Rates must be paid directly to the local organizers until 18 MARCH 2024.

The accreditation rate will allow competition accreditation only. Airport transfers, travel to venue, accommodation and food is NOT included.

The room rates will include accommodation and food in the official hotel, airport transfers to the hotels and between the hotels and the venue. Day rates start from the dinner on the day of arrival and continues until breakfast on the day of departure.

INSURANCE

All members of attending delegations should insure themselves in case of accidents, injuries or illness. The organizer will not accept any responsibility or financial loss or any other responsibility incurred by any of the participants whatsoever.

by 10 APRIL 2024 in audio file.

IMPORTANT NOTE

The World Abilitysport Registration Fee (50 GBP per person), a possible Late Entry Surcharge (150 GBP per person after the entry deadline and until 3 days before the competition, 250 GBP until the head of delegation meeting) and possible other fines must be paid directly to World Abilitysport WF.

Please note that all fees and penalties payable to WF will be invoiced AFTER THE COMPETITION.
